Payment can be made by check in the mail, wire transfer, credit card, checking account as you prefer. An easy way to pay is via PayPal. You do not give your credit card number to us but to an independent firm. This may be the fastest way to receive the translated text.

How will we send you the item? Through mail, e-mail (in-line or as an attachment), or FAX.  Another option is through FTP. Simply point your browser to our address: http://www.generalcomputing.com/suntrans and follow the instructions. Your file will be a self-executable file which you can save to your hard drive. For privacy, it will be password protected. You will be provided a secure private password via Phone, FAX, or e-mail. Once you have downloaded the file to your computer, simply double-click it and it will ask for the password and then it will extract the text or word document file to you computer.

How quickly do we translate? It primarily depends on your requirements, it is typically a few days, rush orders are often completed within 24 hours.
